Police Concerns In Preston Over Youths Involved In Criminal Activity

Taking to social media, police have said;

“Police and LFRS are concerned that more youths are getting involved in criminal activity involving fires. It is therefore important to remind young people of the consequences of playing with fire.

Your life is in danger,You may endanger the life of someone else, You could be committing a criminal offence, You could get a criminal record โ€“ Think about your future! Housing, Employment Holidays etc

Recklessness is not an excuse โ€“ Do not play with fire.”

Police and LFRS are visiting schools in the Chorley, South Ribble and Preston areas to educate young people on the dangers of fire.
